The 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning is the first all-electric truck from Ford. Performance
The all-electric Ford F-150 Lightning is designed to be just as powerful and work-ready as its gas-powered counterpart. The F-150 Lightning comes with a standard 4x4 system to fully harness the impressive torque provided by the lithium-ion battery and the two electric motors.
The electric truck is expected to deliver a towing capacity of 10,000 pounds, with a 2,000-pounds maximum payload. With estimated power at 563 horsepower and 775 lb-ft of torque, the F-150 Lightning will be able to go 0-60 mph in under 5 seconds.
Electric Range and Charging
The F-150 Lightning promises an impressive battery range at 230 miles on a single charge, or up to 300 miles when equipped with the available extended-range battery.* The nationwide network of EV charging stations is bigger than ever, and with FordPass, you can easily finding a charging station near you.
Buying the F-150 Lightning also gets you the 80-amp Ford Charge Station Pro, which can achieve a full charge in your garage overnight. It also comes with a Ford Mobile Charger that can charge in any standard wall outlet.
Work Features
The new F-150 Lightning is loaded with smart towing and hauling tech. Ford has equipped the F-150 Lightning with available Pro Trailer Hitch Assist, which controls the steering wheel to easily guide the hitch ball to the trailer coupler, as well as Pro Trailer Backup Assist for easier and safer reversing while you have a trailer attached. Trailer Reverse Guidance, Smart Hitch, and Onboard Scales are also offered.

Sporting an available 4G LTE Wi-Fi hotspot, a massive touchscreen, a Phone As Key feature that gives you quick and easy access to your truck, and more, the 2022 F-150 Lightning is stocked with the infotainment and convenience tech you need.
